Not once in my entire life have I ever regreted on going to this cleaners. I have always been fasinated on how clean they wash my clothes everytime I come to pick them up. The first time I went there, the person who was accompaning me was a nice welcoming lady who even helped me through the door when it took me a while to get out of the store. She talked and listened to what I had to say and never said anything rude. it made me feel not alone even though I have no one to comfort me at home. My son once in a while would come over at my house but other than that she made me feel good... more

Honest Good Work
Being a single woman with a car that needs repair can be scary. I must say I have had my experiences with the mechanics that thought they could get one over on me. That is not the case at all at Medinah Automotive. They work on my foreign car, use factory parts and it is always less than the dealer. Can't get any better than that!!!... more

They said the offsite leather guy could fix a leather jacket in 2 weeks. The leather guy only delivered on Thursdays and two weeks was New Years Day, so I wasn't so sure. They confirmed 2 weeks. I had to yell to get the leather guy to deliver the jacket prior to Thursday, or it would have been 3 weeks late. She couldn’t help the situation because she couldn't take responsibility for the leather guy's delivery date. Less than a month after getting the jacket back, the entire bottom seam was ripped back open. I returned to the cleaners and she said that it could be repaired for no cost, but she couldn't tell me when it would actually be returned to me. I asked if I could get a partial refund, cause I didn't trust the work quality, or ability to return it to me quickly. She couldn’t give me any money back cause she didn’t do the work, but she had no problem taking my money when she didn't do the work. This cleaners lost my entire family's business and respect after 7 years.... more
