Horrible Experience
This car wash is awful. Not only did they damage my car but I was told by the owner "its not a big deal" and he walked off. He would not provide insurance nor his information until the police were called. Not even an apology was offered for the damage. Police even commented on how they have been there before for damage complaints. Plenty of car washes on North Ave, use one of them or risk your car being damaged or being treated like garbage from the owner.... more

WORST Tow Co. EVER
Can you please add negative stars. They are THE WORST! Their driver damaged my car and they are not willing to pay for the full cost of the damage even though they admitted fault. The guy did not know how to put a car on the jack properly it jumped off 3 x and on the third time it punctured my car. And then when it was up on the jack he striped all the lug nuts and broke a wheel stud. DON"T USE THEM and if you are a member of any roadside assistance program and they are telling you that they are sending out OHare Towing request a new company. Trust me you don't want to go through the hassles I had to go through.... more

S & S Towing
This place is a fraud
Towed my car because I double parked (there was no parking line to the left on my car) and it all happened within 3 minutes of me leaving the vehicle. I came back with my coffee but there was no car and it was not even blocking anything just parked in a space adjacent to an actual parking spot. All happened on Christmas Eve as well, cost me $200 - I guess special Christmas fee huh? I hope you rot in hell.... more

WONDERFUL!
I was referred to Jeffrey from a family friend who recieved great service from him. I was really in trouble...my furnace stopped working and I was in a bad finacial situation. After being quoted thousands by other companies and told the furnace would need to be totally replaced, Jeffrey said he would take a look. I explained that I was not in a position to replace it. He said he would look and see if he could help. Well, as it turns out he was a huge help. He not only fixed the furnace, but he was honest and kind. He replaced what needed to be and got it working. It was like 2 tons of stress was lifted off my chest! I didnt have to replace the furnace and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone!... more
