In Person Consultation

A $50 deposit will hold your appointment time and will be applied to your overall services. We meet with you to discuss likes, dislikes, expectations and budget. We take photos and measurements of your space. We come up with our design plan and deco boards. Second meeting consists of showing you our plan for your space, discuss budget and determine our level of involvement. If you want us to do more decorating, we will give you an estimate. We charge $200 a day.

Design Plan

This includes a deco board, virtual photo detail, a plan of what needs to be done and how to do it all within your budget. Also included is a list of items to be purchased and where you can get them. This is provided for both cyber decorating or in person clients. $300 flat fee per room

Color Consultation

If all you need is to help with paint color selection or type, then here is a good start! We can pick a paint color that will go with already established décor of your home OR a brand new fresh start. We can also provide painting services if in Chicago area or just helpful tips. $60 flat fee.

Curb Appeal is the first impression. Your home will be more welcoming if you have great curb appeal. Outside beauty should redirect what is inside!! $30 an hour fee.
