Warrenty items
Called Peabodys to set up a time for them to work on a Cub Cadet Trimmer under warrenty. They asked if I bought the item in their store. I siad NO and they siad that they were not going to honor the warrenty. I want to let everyone know that this attitude of making the bottom line more important than the customer and service is whats wrong with our country today. It just shows that th consumer doesnt matter anymore. Thats why I gave this store 1 star. They suck becuase of that. if nothing else they could have gottne me in the store and I would have bought some oil for my trimmer or some more string. Now they have totally lost me as a customer.... more

They must not need my business!
Don't bother wasting your time calling them! I have called them for 2 months to have them replace 5 screens in my house, that they tell me they have in stock and I have offered to drive out there and pick up myself but he never calls back or returns my calls.I have called about 8-10 times over the past 2 months and given them my address. He must not need the business so don't bother calling them because they must be too busy! A hardware store will get my money.... more
