Poor customer service
If a zero would be possible; that's what I would be rating this business. I have personally heard the owner (Debbie) speak negatively after purchasing some antique merchandise from an elderly farmer (who obviously didn't know the value of his items). I have also been the victim of very poor customer service. Evidentally, this business does not care about their current customers or attracting new customers. The building is also old and always cold. Animals (a dog and several cats) rome freely at all times. Don't waste your time here; everything is over priced and no one is friendly. Too bad.... more

i am the owner of connie's pet grooming. i read my reviews. it is always disturbing when a client is unhappy with my work for sure but when the customer is obviously neglecting or nearly abusing their dog i feel compeled to speak up to them. prices are adjusted according to many factors including condition of the coat, size of the pet and the possibilty of the requested style. unfortunately this is not always possible if the pet has not been groomed recently by a professional or at home. many people are not even aware of their pets condition whether from sheer lack of knowledge or neglect. i take both into account when accessing my clients pets and needs. this can also be reflected in pricing. regular repeat clients are usually charged the base price. i don't feel that it is fair to charge a client that faithfully brings the pet in for grooming every 6 to 8 weeks the same charge that someone who comes in twice a year. there is more work involved on the latter for obvious reasons.... more

I recieved some venision sausage processed by you from friends. very tastey. Would be interested in costs for processing,and varieties of flavoring,ect. My wife loved it! Can't wait to try the others we were given by our friends Chad & Tiffiney. Thanks to them,I know where to go for quality processing again.
