One simple technique is to get two tennis balls and put them in a sock you are not using and tie a tight knot. Then place that at the base of your neck and then relax. Since you are close, I would suggest to come in for a 30 minute session just to see what muscles are actually causing trigger points to refer. I then can give you more accurate techniques to help yourself at home.

Do not rent from this company. Some of the office staff like to hide the truth about their apartments. I experienced constant maintenance problems and when I moved out to sub-lease, they fix all of the problems and the subletter was actually a new tenant. This is being investigated by the tenants union.... more

I only expect the truth which is I work very hard in a very complex field. This job was done for mr. and mrs. matt olsen urbana, il. the job contract clearly the work area to be seeded. mrs. olsen ordered sod after the olsens all of sudden relizing she about to have thier third child decide to sell thier house. I said Iwould be glad to change the contract to sod for $2000, she got very mad at me for wanting to paid for additional work. also the base contract calls for additional payment for any underground buried object cables I am still waiting on $1740.00 owed to R & D by olsens urbana, il. these are two very unfair people. Since the regrading of the backyard tuened out to free to the olsens Igeuss they just felt like I was thier slave to do whatever whim they had not perform certain work. all the work was of a very high quality. all areas drained very welll and since any tilling is done proir to finish grading and seeding the methods of R & D were an are proper est. 1945... more
