One simple technique is to get two tennis balls and put them in a sock you are not using and tie a tight knot. Then place that at the base of your neck and then relax. Since you are close, I would suggest to come in for a 30 minute session just to see what muscles are actually causing trigger points to refer. I then can give you more accurate techniques to help yourself at home.

I lived there for a year. The neighbors were very loud and the administrative staff was not nice. It is not a safe area to live and there were several shooting incidents at the complex and the nearby. What is worse, they have not paid deposit money back even after several months after I moved out... They do not provide any reasonable explanation for that either. Its management is terrible. Even though apartment itself is good, I would never want to live there again and do not recommend anyone to live there. It is black people dominated apartment... being non-black, I was really uncomfortable and was overwhelmed by the atmosphere.... more
