Apple Hill Orchard
Not a great banquet place
AppleHill Orchard is a beautiful place, but looks can be deceiving. I chose the orchard for the site of my wedding reception and utilizing it was the biggest mistake I made. I paid $500 to use it for 2 days and got screwed big time! She told my family that they needed to be out by 6 pm on Friday, their closing time,although we waited for her to finish up apple tours before we came in to decorate. The next day she told me that she was going to close the business down for my wedding and reception at 2 pm. No such luck, she stayed open until 6 pm... my wedding was at 4:30. Yes, there were customers buying things while my wedding was going on. She needs to look again at renting that banquet room. I trusted her to help ensure my day was special, but instead she sabotaged many happy memories that could have developed. I still had a beautiful day, but at no thank to the staff at Apple Hill. Also, she stayed at the front of the store near the cash register while the reception going on.... more

Mrs.
Apple Hill Orchard north of Vincennes on Hgwy 41 is the best orchard around. They have baked items that are delicious, the staff is friendly, courteous, helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone. They have wonderful banquet rooms ideal for reunions, parties, etc.... more

Tourist trap
Really high prices for produce, they don't grow peaches here, they ship their peaches in from Georgia. Lots of other farm markets around here to get homegrown veggies at... more
