This group of realtors is a joke!
Do not whatever you do, use Lane Realty for your housing needs. This is a group of individuals that will do nothing for you besides link you up with a problem property and leave you with either a lemon home or if you're lucky enough to not have the deal go through, you might be out a couple thousand dollars. Avoid Part 2
unless you're all about getting as much money as possible. In the meetings I have had with him, he is far less concerned with the welfare of the children than he is in getting money. He has suggested I pay his fees despite her making more money than me...to pay for her student loans despite my having more debt then her, and asked for over $1,300/month for support and daycare even though my military retirement is less than $1,700/month once the divorce is final. We are less than an hour from a conference meeting with the other side and he seriously just emailed me asking if I would like to cancel the meeting. You are better off with another attorney. I wish I lived somewhere else so I would have a better selection. I need someone who actually believes in his case and will fight for his clients. IF I could give him less than 1 star, I would.... more
