Mandatory visit for Traumatic Brain Injury
It was mandated that I see Dr. Hale after falling on Hospital property and sustaining a concussion while on duty performing patient care. Dr. Hale was very approachable,. Appeared geniunely interested in my case. Administered a series of psychological tests followed by time for sitting and getting to know one another. The previous 3 months surrounding the fall have been one chaotic fiasco after another. No one explained anything. No one seemed to care. I wasn't given any choices or control over my care. They changed all that. This gentleman actually explained the purpose of my mandated visit, and why it was to be done. Halleluhjah! Thank you Dr. Hale & Dr. Horn, The actions of every other person involved led me to believe that no one practiced or believed in "the sprit of caring." But finally, between Dr. Hale and Dr. Horn,--- comapassion for mankind and kindness to an injured employee came first! Annoying Flake
I scheduled an appt.with Dr. Montgomery, and the day I was scheduled to come in to see her, I was actually in very good spirits. But I went in and one hour later, I left her office feeling agitated and anxious. This woman is about the most annoying woman you'll ever talk to. It dawned on me that she could quite possibly be more messed up and stupid than her worst clients. I felt ripped off. If you are seeking counseling, save your sanity and your money, and talk to a a friend, minister, priest, or even a bartender.... more

Horrible Person
I would like to say that after a very traumatic assault at my place of work I was forced to go to Dr. Hale AFTER I had already found a good and wonderful Psychologist. For the months that I've been seeing him, not only have I psychologically regressed, but I feel dehumanized, like nothing I say to him is relevant. Not only have I had to seek additional therapy outside of workman's comp, I'm on the verge of checking myself into a psychiatric ward for suicide watch. Do be careful with this poor excuse for a "doctor."... more
