DO NOT RECOMMEND!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Brought my Tahoe in for service because it was reading low oil pressure. They said they could definitely fix the issue...no problems. That afternoon they called us saying they could not fix the problem but while trying they created more problems. EVERY light on my dash was on and it was reading "Shut Engine off IMMEDIATELY!". We had to have it towed to the dealership where we found out that the part that was supposedly replaced was broken along with two other sensors and some wires. After the dealership graciously credited us the $1200 labor fee we only had to pay them $890. $890 that we shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. The owners & managers of Velasquez were very rude and refused to remedy the situation.... more

very unprofessional....dirty too.
my brother passed away about 4 months ago,and the relatives gathered over my house,and someone brought over jj's pizza....and it was great. 2 months later,i returned and got a pizza. took it all the way out to laporte. halk way into it,i found a long strand of hair. i simply called the lady up in charge. she was rude,in a hurry to get off the phone,andhonestly....i figured half a refund was reasonable,since we lost our appetite to eat the rest. she continued to argue with me. come to think of it,they werent wearing hairnets. i mentioned that to her,and she lied n said they do. i asked to speak to a higher power,because the only thing i felt fair was to get half a refund back. she hung up on me!!! with uncleanly habits,and redneck attitudes,i sadly wont be going back.... more

Affordable Auto Repair
BACK AND FORTH
I GIVE THEM FOUR STARS BECCAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THE WORK HAD ME BACK AND FORTH. I went in and got a tune up and every since I benn back to the shop to get my car fixed. It has not run good since the tune up and I regret taking my car there. However, the guy the owns the place is really nice and tried to help me get to the bottom of the problem and he did stand behind his work, and in fairness it may be something else wrong and not his fault at all. But he was the last person to work on my Lincoln Towncar and after that it ran like a chevy volt. So the work ....I am not sure but they will stand behind their work!... more
