Still in shock
To say this guy is an a**hole is really an understatement. Clearly he had some daddy issues growing up. I was quoted a very reasonable price for Goodyear tires. I even double checked with one of the crew who assured me that the tires would be Goodyear Integrity's. When I returned from a brief lunch, I was surprised to see Kelly tires on my car. I realize that Kelly tires are made by Goodyear, but that is not what he quoted me. When I questioned him about the tires, he proceeded to YELL and CUSS at me. He told me that his crewman were a bunch of f**king retards and I was an idiot for questioning the tires. At one point he stood up and lunged toward me in a threatening manner as if he was going to hit me. I wasn't sure wether to pay him or call the police. He may have the best prices in town, but this guy is bad news. I am ashamed of myself for paying him, and you should be too if you do business with him.... more

If you don't know what you want, don't bother Tim
I've been dealing with Tim for about 22 years and never had a problem. He's always been helpful when I need a tire. I've bought 4 tires for my truck and he dismounted my old spare and put on a tire I had, on for free. As for his staff, they have always been polite. But if you don't know what size of tire is on your car then you shouldn't drive, it's like knowing what fuel to put in your car or oil. Tim's not a people person, get over it. You want a good price, you got one. Thanks Tim for your help.... more

Good Service, Best Price Anywhere
I heard about Leo Tire through a friend and decided to give them a shot. I've now been there 4 times for tires. I've always gotten same day service (had my tires in stock, did not need to pre-order) without an appointment. I did not find him unpleasant at all. The prices are unbeatable at Leo, we usually get good used tires for $20 each. He does wheel bearings also, you need to buy the part but he'll install them for about 80% less then the other guys... As Adam said, their shop is not fancy (who really cares anyway, I'm personally sick of paying 50% more for the others to have 'pretty banners' ect.) but you get the same product and service quality as someone who paid alot more. I give them 5 star. You have to try these guys out!!... more
