Computer Genius
Do not waste your time!
I will give them this, at least my laptop was fixed. My charge port was broken. My bf tried to fix it, and we had to jiggle the charger to work, and I could not get it to work when I jiggled it. I need my LP for school, so I took it here. The charger worked before I brought it in. I even expressed my concern about my charger not being returned because they said I never brought it in, and that they would give me a cheap on. She PROMISED nothing would happen to my charger. That it was "in good hands." A day later she called and said my laptop was done, and I still had to jiggle the cord to charge it. I go to pick my LT up several days later, and my charger is SUDDENLY broken. So I had to buy one of there's. And now, the adapter falls out constantly, and the charger port falls out of my laptop all the time. She did a crappy job of saudering my charger ports back together. This place is a complete JOKE. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE, not even an enemy. Do NOT give them a CENT... more

this company doing busness on globalcompressorpart.net, will accept your order bill your credit card and give you nothing. the phone numbers listed as are functional but are not answered. I suppose this is their going out of business sale routine.... more
