Horrible Customer Service after Pool Construction
4.5 years ago we put in a pool and 20+ foot rock wall. In 2009 the coping cracked, we call Complete Pools and they sent someone out to fix it. In the Spring of 2010 we noticed the coping was again cracking and the rock was cracking and literally falling apart. We called and they promised to send Joe out (the owner) who never came out. We called all summer, they continued to promise that Joe would come out. He NEVER did. We closed the pool in October 2010...since then we have continued to call and they now are not returning our calls. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT HIRED THIS COMPANY!!!!... more

If you are going to have an inground pool installed, you need to talk to Complete Pools in Bucyrus, Kansas. The principal of the company is the best at what he does. He is on site during the job, he is responsive, and their product is second to none. And, I have to add, their prices are VERY reasonable. Our pool has been in for three years, and all our guests rave about it. Thanks to Complete Pools for delivering what they promised, in the time they promised, and at the price they promised.... more
