Does yarn that may not be used again for many years need to be stored in a particular way to preserve it? If so, what should be done to take care of it?

It really depends on the yarn. Any true wools or natural fibers I would store like a real sweater, sealed in plastic bags so that moths or bugs cannot get to them. Acrylic/nylon yarns really don't need special storage, they are not going to be attacked but storage in sealed bags would not be a bad idea.

Remember: On average, all fees are negotiable. In general, however, title companies set their fees and escrow companies set their fees. Closing costs vary a bit, depending on the documentation, appraisals, etc. needed and the type of financing being obtained.

Don't expect to get what you order
We were shocked at what was delivered to mortuary. They did not even resemble the full, lush arrangements we'd chosen. After taking photos of what was delivered & returning to Derby Floral, the owner argued that we had not paid enough to receive the quantity of flowers shown in their pictures. She blamed the attendant who waited on us for not charging enough, even though the price was clearly displayed online. After blaming the attendant who took our order for undercharging us, she stated that there probably wasn't enough time to change the arrangements in time. Only after we let her know this was unacceptable, did she agree to retrieve the arrangements & attempt to correct the situation. The next morning we found the arrangements had been improved, but filled in with a lot of greenery & it appeared flowers had been taken from the side arrangements to fill in the front side of the casket spray. I feel like someone who ordered a dozen roses, received six, complained, & finally received... more
