Horrible service
I needed a an earring repaired and brought both in; they told me it could be repaired and would take a few days, to get a hook ordered. After 7 days and no call i went back in. They lost the GOOD earring but wouldn't admit it and didn't clean them as I'd requested and the owner, said he didn't recall agreeing to do so. He didn't offer to make anything right and then said he didn't want my business...has plenty of customers. Now I haveTWO bad earrings ...do not go to trust this place with any piece of jewelry you care about.... more

My Favorite Store
Living halfway between KC and S'field I do not get to KC very often, but when I do I always try to stop by Smoke N Fire, often to replenish my grilling supplies, sometimes simply to browse. If shopping, I always find what I am looking for; if browsing, I am left alone but always with shopping assistance close at hand and ready to help. Always have a rewarding shopping experience at Smoke N Fire. My only disappointments have been a couple of times when I made attempts to shop (once taking my brother visiting from Texas to KC for the sole purpose of shopping @ Smoke N Fire) only to find they were not open. Suggest that others like me who live a long distance away make a habit of checking first to verify they are open for business. If SNF is open and they have an interest in grilling, they are guaranteed a rewarding shopping experience.... more
