Worst Service EVER....
Knocked on our door after a hail storm and did an estimate. That was 6 months ago. We contracted for a new roof and windows. Roof ok except we were never told when materials or workers were coming. Still waiting on completion of windows, every single thing they ordered was wrong, or we were told something not true. They say the guy working with us was fired, but that does nothing to help us with our issues. Wrong windows, wrong colors, 5 different times someone has come to measure. Finally had a painter come and paint the windows to make them look similiar. Totally wrong and terrible customer service. Evan is the only one who has finally taken the place of Paul and seems to be working for us, insteand of against us. Just my opinion, but I would never let any company in this group do any work for me in the future. Most frustrating home project we have ever had done in 40 years. Love it when Paul hangs up on us for asking again when they will be done.... more

My house was damaged in the hail storm that swept through the area this spring. i saw ABC signs around and they were local so i thought it a good choice, plus they listed all the repairs that i needed on their ad, windows, roof, guttering, etc... their adjuster was quick to come and do a bid, and the roofing crew did show up and re-roof in a short time. than i waited and waited and waited 4 the rest of the work to be done. 3 months passed and so i call to see when rest would be done. They were oblivious to what had or hadnt been done. Still didnt even have a bill. I told them i would do rest of repairs myself, just send bill for roof. I started calling once a week. finally at 4 months i got a bill, for the total amount, even the work they didnt do. Now another month later still dont have a refigured bill. Still calling weekly and still waiting...... more

Carpets are worse than before the cleaning
Bought a Living Social coupon to check it out. They were nice and seemed to do a good job. It took more than a day more for the carpets to dry due to a 'different' cleaning process they use from 'Stanley Steamer' (who I had do my carpets 6 months prior). Carpets stayed clean for about 2 weeks, then the stains not only came back, but got worse. They came back and treated each individual stain at no charge, but then the stains came back again but worse. I probably called them 10 times and only talked to them 2 or 3 times. He kept telling me they would come back and treat them but never did. Instead of calling me back and scheduling a time, he kept telling me he didn't have his planner and to call back. Other than coming back the one time, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walk into my living room everyday to these horrible eye sore stains in my carpet and am reminded everyday. At least Stanley Steamer didn't make it worse. They were nice but that was the only p... more
