Transfer of farm stock ,2 witness's ,not notorized,or wife witnesed,hold up in court?

It will hold weight in court, but not as much as a notarized statement.

The notarized statement should have witnesses not related to either party to the transaction, properly identified, and both the seller and buyer named and identified properly.

The statement should then be brought before a Norary with all witnesses, the seller and buyer who will sign the statement in the presense of each other and in the presense of the Notary.
