less than professional
I have been corresponding with Reid bros (julia) for 3 wks now r/t my mothrs leak in her apt. they have sent someone out 6 times with no repair yet, there is mold inside the walls when i confronted "julia" again today, all she could say is "well you can move your mother out and ill pay her the rent back" what kind of business works like this? my mother is disabled with respiratory issues, has a trache, on oxygen, has braces on her legs, she doesnt walk and was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor, this is how they treat their residents? i will never recommend this company to anyone and let me just say how rude "julia" is to my disabled mother when she calls, i have pictures of everything that they have done including holes in the walls and the mildew inside of the walls...i wonder if the owners know what is going on? less than professional in my opinion!!! my mother called julia on 6.27.11 to let her know the air was leaking again, the air went out today, so they finally sent someone... more

Geek Squad
Geeksquad destroyed my computer !
I brought in my Alienware Area-51 computer in for minor warranty work ( the top ventilation vents were not openeing). The unit had to be shipped out of State (Geek Squad service center in Brook, KY). 20 days later i rcvd a phone call advis me the unit was shipped back but would need to be sent back because of additional problems (system was shutting itself down). For lack of a better explanation I went to the Best Buy store where i sent it for service only to find my system was dented in at least 4 places, scratched along the side. The unit had CLEARLY been dropped by technicians or during shipping. So needless to say, obviously if the sytems steel exterior was damaged, of course the inside sensitive electronics incurred severe damage. But even worse is when the geek squad phoned me to advise me the system had returned from repairs but that there were additional problems and would need to be sent back, They NEVER mentioned the damage that was done ! New Comp or Law suite here i come.... more
