The first car that I bought all by myself came from the car store and I can honestly say that I am proud of myself and the car store for giving me the best deal on my car. Im young which for most dealer ships they wouldn't have given me a winning chance but the car store did. They were very respectable to my needs as well as what kind of car I wanted. They got the job done right with no exceptions.The people I worked with understood what was best for me and that really matters expecially when it comes to making a big decision like buying a car. I walked on the lot without a car and walked off with the car of my dreams. The car store is one of the best dealer ships I know. So if I were you and I needed a new car I would recommend you to go to the car store. I'm sure you will walk off the lot wit your dream car like I did.... more

Two of the best used cars I have ever owned have come from The Car Store on Preston. They have always taken care of my cars, although sometimes some patience is needed.. it can get pretty busy in the service shop! But always remember a used car is not a new car.. I suggest extended warranty coverage purchase.... more

BAD BUSINESS PART 2
Continuation... All I wanted the car store to do was hold my car payment one week so that I could get it fixed. I am a hard working mom and I also have other bills to pay and I can't do everything at one time. So because they did not believe the car was broke down I told them to come and pick up the car.... Well, after I told them the car was sitting at Big O Tires and the key is waiting for them... Then they want to make a deal almost a week after the fact when I didn't have the money. I was talked to horribly and customer service was at the bottom of the things to do list at work. I request a manager to report this person and she was no better and actually took up for the man who disrespected me and said that basically if i don't work things out with them and pay garage fees, plus what is owed from stopped payment, and tow fee. I will lose 33% of my income from garnishment. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND CARE NOTING ABOUT QUALITY OR QUANTITY, just money.... more
