HORRIBLE!
WORST...SERVICE...EVER! Over a week ago, our furnace went out. The first visit, the owner came out, could not repair it, but "rigged" it so it would work temporarily. It worked for about two hours. He said he had to order the part and it would take a day or two. Later in the week, two more of his guys came out, replaced the part and, after ten-fifteen minutes, it did not work. When we called them back--about fifteen minutes later, they were VERY unconcerned about this issue and said they would come back another day. The receptionist set up an appointment for 10:00am the next day, finally. The next day, at 11:30, we called them to see if they were still coming and the owner told us that he thought he would sleep in for awhile. When he FINALLY arrived (after re-routing our plans), he--coincidentally--had ANOTHER TWO of the same part he "had to order" the previous week. Neither of them worked. He told us he'd order another part and get back to us, but to call him. No word yet.... more

This company ordered buttons from us, we delivered to his customer, and after making several promises to pay the bill, he will not pay his bill and will not return calls. There was nothing wrong with the order, he is just an irreputable person. Use caution when dealing with him!!!... more

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Got nothing but the "run-around" from the consultant and manager. Would definitely not recommend them, and if you do buy from them, be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing.... more
