About Mannsville

Mannsville is a part of the Taylor County region/metro area of Kentucky. Mannsville was once called Mann's Lick, which became Mannsville named after Moses Mann a early settler. Major attractions include Green River Park and Green River Campground. Each year in the summer season there is 4th of July Celebration held. Among the biggest companies in Mannsville are Mannsville Elementary School and United States Postal Service. The biggest schools here are Taylor County High School and Mannsville Elementary School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Mannsville is Big Cat Pay Lake & Live Haul. Famous 400 Mile Sale goes across Kentucky from Paducah to Maysville with Campbellsville being at the half way mark held in June.
