This place needs to go out of business. Places like this is why our country is in the mess it is in. There are so many places that want your business and treat you like it. Masters is the poorest service facility I have ever dealt with.... more

What do you want to know?
I can only speak for how I was treated. I would not even give them 1 star but thats as low as it goes. After the sell they could not have cared less. They seemed to be purposely slow, unreliable, uncaring and I have had to refix their fixes. LaFayette Masters did not like me, as I complained to Exmark about their service and I guess he wanted to teach me a lesson. It took over a month during mowing season to replace a pump. After repeated calls, I picked up my mower and was told it had been ready for over a week. First time I mowed with it the clutch assembly fell off. What a coincidence! Took over a month to fix it also. I was told to never come back. After that fix the pumps leaked oil and would not pull properly. After a 2 hour fix at a reputable business I was told that the pump dump valves had been left open. Who could have done that? If Masters Equipment was the last place on earth I would gladly do with out. There are still places that care for their customers, go there to buy!!... more

Mr. Holcomb and his staff are committed to making sure that the job is done right. Quality of work is of the upmost importance to him and he requires it of his workmen. I am thankful that he was available for both the smaller remodeling projects I have had, but more importantly the large project he recently helped me with.
