This place sux, don't bother
This place is terrible especially when the owner is not there. Firstly, there's a lot of confusion within the salon. The first time I went to get my hair done there, I was quoted a price for my style on the phone and when I got to the salon they gave me another price. The first time I went to the salon was a lot better than the 2nd time because the owner came into the premises when I was about half way done and everyone was suddenly very professional. Prior to her coming in, the stylists were gossiping about a lot of different people and that's just a put off for a paying customer. My hairstyle was very basic that first time but not all that great. I decided to give them one more chance and go in a second time mainly because I live about 2 minutes away. And also because I made a very last minute appointment. The same guy Corey did my hair even though I had specifically asked for a different stylist since I did not like his work the last time I had come in. The owner was out of town and... more

BEWARE!
Too bad there isn't a "0" for a rating because that is what RW Day would get. Why? Because he doesn't care about his tenants and neither does his operations manager or property managers. Just try to call his office and get a response. If you do get a response, you probably either have a lot of money, or it may be an apartment complex that he actually built for the rich and prestigous. Otherwise, the one that I have been living in has been neglected. Promises of tennis courts, children's playground and being family friendly is a joke. Sewer problems, water collecting next to buildings harboring mosquitos, yard maintenance terrible, grounds beyond gates look poor and not pleasing. Should I go on? RW builds his apartments fast and cheap, then he wonders why things fall apart. Siding torn off from Katrina just got repaired this past summer. Hello! 5 years!! Check with other tenants before renting. He has 60 day advance notice to leave where I live. That is crazy.... more

College Park-Burbank Commons
BURBANK COMMONS WILL BE THE WORST DECISION AND BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY Ever!
My A/C did not work on move in day and broke 5 times after that in the summer time. The A/C is currently broken! Our washing machine frequently leaks and floods our laundry room and bathrooms. Consequently the tiles are all broken. Our dryer has been broken since move in day until they fixed it last week (August 15 through the first week in March). We did not receive a fire extinguisher until our light fixture started leaking water because they were worried about an electric fire. Our ceiling is now water damaged from the leak. Our garbage disposal was broken and each sink in the apartment has leaked. There are five sinks. Our windows leak. The knob to the front door fell off and it took them two days to fix it. It was pretty dangerous because there are frequent break ins here. Our toilet ran nonstop and our water bill cost about $130. Each of these situations were mentioned to the front desk and maintenance multiple times. The WORST part about this all is that the apartm... more
