AWFUL
One word for this sorry excuse for a store, AWFUL. Over priced, poor customer service, and poor selection. Tiger mania for LSU stuff and Black and Gold for the Saint's stuff. I will never shop at this store again. I'm sure that they don't care, but I am one customer that they lost and won't ever get back. I will not refer anyone to this store, ever. Even if they change owners... When I did have a problem in this store, I called the Hammond location, left my name and number and was never called back. I attempted to contact the owner through email, and nothing that way either. That is not how you run a business. Absolutely terrible!... more

Bad service and they ordered wrong rails for my bed refused to fix!!
ordered 1, 563.00 full bedroom set which I paid cash. Picked it up on 11/3 and was treated poorly from day one. Went to pickup and told to go the f%%king front to pickup . Picked up the set and took it home. When put the bedroom together the rails didn't match and didn't come with slats to hold the mattress. Called the manager he told me the bed didn't come with slats and I put together the bed wrong. He also said the Bunkie platform would hold you up. Called their corporate office which they said the owners donât handle issues and its my problem. Called again told them my problem talked to warehouse manager. Found out they ordered the wrong rail for my bed, the Bunkie platform for mattress support does not hold up the bed, and the set does not come with slats they provide them for free but store is responsible to order the. Went to Covington warehouse to get right rails and slats.... more

I Will Never Shop at Tiger Mania Again
I bought my son a shirt there for his birthday and paid with my DEBIT card. He went to return it the same day and they would NOT give him cash back. They got my money instantly through my debit card and would only give him a store credit. Pretty sorry way to do business....don't shop there...customer service is definitely not their priority.... more
