Very disappointed!
I was very unhappy with how they run their system. I have just moved to Benton and paid my deposit and and two months later they cash the deposit check witch bounced and cut my water off with no notice. a day later after i call i received a letter saying the check had bounced and i had 5 days to pay it. needless to say i never received a letter till after i called complaing. Somebody in the office isn't doing there job and we had to pay a $50 reconnect fee. They just want your money!!!!... more

Bernhard Mechanical Contractors, Inc. was established in 1919, with the home office in Lafayette, LA. There are now four locations in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Shreveport, LA. All of the listings that show these small town addresses, such as Benton, LA, or Minden, LA, and a few others, are all only locations of jobsites, which there was a job trailer, and a telephone line in Bernhard's name. As an employee of BMC, I find this rather irritating when searching for the company's website.... more

Pam Striegel is a dishonest merchant. She moved/closed her business in the middle of night---skipped out... I paid to use her facilities for the month of August, 2010! Pam, I want my money reimbursed! Shame on you!!!! I hope others read this and comment as well.... more
