Aloha! Most cultures and faiths have some form of exorcism. It is much older than Christianity.

In my understanding, an exorcism is used to remove a demon [nonhuman entity that feeds on fear and other such emotions]

A Blessing will clear other negativity and raise the vibration of the place to encourage peace, prosperity and joy.

Free-lance workers compete within their specialty, and so most make it a point to be extremely dependable, hard-working, and knowledgable, in order to be hired over another. A lot of them end up working (freelance) with the same companies for many years, and sometimes even progress into other departments within a company, learning more, and becoming even more valuable as a free-lancer.
