Handicap Scooters
My family shops at your store. I am handicap and have to use a handicap scooter to do my shopping. Every time I shop at y our store, my scooter dies and needs a charge. Once I had to change scooters 3 times to finish my shopping. . How can this happen where there are so may people who depend on these scooter to remain self sufficient? I'm really disappointed that the handicap are not treated better. Do you have a solution to this problem or should I give my business to another store? I truly am disappointed and hope you can resolve the problem. I also realize it is the Christmas season and you are very busy but someone should make sure your scooters are properly maintain with a full charge.... more
