I don't know, and can't seem to find much information about, Merritt E. McDonald, Sr. but I know enough about Bill Cassidy to know that I don't trust him.

I think Mr Cassidy would have to have personal investments in the renewable energy industry (or friends or family that do) in order for him to spend much energy on the mission of supporting it.
