About Amesbury

Amesbury is a part of the Essex County of Massachusetts known for its wonderful climate and natural beauty due its hills and rivers. The city was officially incorporated in 1668. Major attractions include the highest point of in the town, Powwow Hill and Rocky Hill Meeting House. Each year in the summer season there are many Environmental Programs organized in the town, including nature based learning activities, scavenger hunts, outdoor skills, kayaking, archery and a low elements challenge course. Use an area rug that is as big as the room. Use paint that is bright like whites or light colors, never dark colors. Also, hang your drapes as close to the ceiling as you can and make them long so they will touch the ground. This makes the room appear to be taller. Also, use wall art that is slightly larger than what you would normally use. Using small frames to decorate a room may tend to show that the room is actually small.
