First thing will be where this was posted?, if it is a rating system website, like yelp, etc. then some of them you can't remove them, others can be disputed, best practice is let your clients review your service on such sites, so the "nicer" reviews fades out by the latest reviews. Other is build a web site and provide useful information about your service, then submit to local listings, participate in blogs, answers forums, this will help get your name or brand out there with a positive view..
