About Franklin

Franklin is a town of about 30,000 in Norfolk County in the eastern part of Massachusetts. Franklin is home to many historic sites including the Franklin Public Library which is the the first public library in the United States as well as the Red Brick School which is believed to be the first public school in the United States. Franklin has many schools including Franklin High School, the Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School, the Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter School, as well as Dean College, which is a small residential college of about 1,100 students. Famous people from Franklin include football star Tom Brady and singer/actress Andrea Ross.
