Had arranged service with Hoffberger; perhaps slight mix up on my part, I had written down different day. Hoffberger called a day in advance, which I thought was to be my service day. The customer service rep apologized for the mix up and made arrangements on the spur of the moment to take care of me that day. Service tech showed up when promised, adjusted and serviced my furnace and was on his way. I thank Hoffberger Oil for their service; I greatly appreciate what they did.... more
