Nice Place for the buck.
I am the "New Years Resolution" gal. Looked in the mirror and although I look good, I know I could be better. So, I visited three clubs in the area and looked at the reviews on Merchant Circle for all. Only the reviews for Energy Fitness were correct. This place is great. Staff is knowledgable and interested in me attaining my goals. Great excercise programs, and personal trainers. Good hours and always clean.... more

I work in the area and wanted to join a health club. After visiting clubs in the area, nothing compared to Energy Fitness. The price was right and the group fitness program suits my schedule. Just joined
Reviewed Energy Fitness on Merchant Circle, then visited the club. I joined right away. The staff, the equipment, the classes offered, and the health club in general beats anything in the area price wise and with all the cardio. Just had my first workout yesterday and a staff member made sure I understood how to use all the equipment and offered a free one half hour of her time to help me plan a program for weight loss.... more

I came back also.
I came back to Energy Fitness after leaving for Ballys. The price was a little lower. Was not worth it. The place does not have enough equipment and it is dirty. Energy Fitness provided me with classes to meet my schedule, the staff and owners are interested in me attaining my fitness goals and of most importance, it is clean and the equipment is the best. Sorry to have left guys. I hope this recommendation will make me loved again!... more
