Don't go to Newark Chrysler Jeep if you value service and your money!

My wife took it in for a problem with the car shutting down. They told us that we needed to put over $2000 into fixing the problem and even then it may not be fixed! WHAT? Either you can fix the car or you don't know what is wrong with it, it is one or the other. The Jeep went in having a problem with it occasionally shutting down. When it came out after the oil was changed, it doesn't sound or run the same way. Now it cuts out all the time and sounds like it is missing. I hate to insinuate that they are dishonest, but draw your own conclusions. I will never go there again... more
