This place is a joke. They have an 8 year old running the reception desk who doesn't know how to count change. I gave her $40 for a $23 pedicure and she gives me back $14. When I tell her, she tells me I gave her a credit card. I had an 11:00 am appointment with two other people in my party. My friend was finished before I was seen which finally came 45 min. after my appointment time. Finally the manicurist comes over and says" why you feet not in water". Ummm....they are starting to wrinkle after being the water that long. Then the worst part is she finally finishes the pedicure and I have polish all over my toes. I should have just let the 8 year old paint my toes.... more

Great doctors, but ABSOLUTLY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVIS!!

The optometrist I has was great, the office was clean, big and modern. I had a great first visit until I received a bill for services they claimed my insurance didn’t cover. It took them 4 months to get everything n their end straightened out and it’s still not solved. In fact as I write this I have been on hold for 20 minuets. Take my advice stay as far away as possible, maybe they will fire their staff and it will run smoother but until then me and my money will go elsewhere.... more

I am writing because I am VERY disappointed in the quality of food that was served at Wendy’s this evening. I ordered the boneless buffalo bites for the first time (combo #11). I ate one of boneless honey BBQ pieces and thought that it was rather gooey. When I bit into the second one, it still had the same consistency, but was hard to taste since it was smothered in BBQ sauce. I then began to peel away the batter from the chicken and realized that they were all still completely RAW! The larger pieces were even still frozen. I asked for the manager and she apologized and asked me if I ordered the medium or small meal so she could give me back the credit for my purchase. I was not even offered a new meal, as this had been my dinner. I believe that a manager who was truly on top of things would make sure that her staff was thoroughly cooking the food before it was served to customers. In addition, if there is a compliant or concern, it should be handled more professionally.... more
