About Piney Point

Piney Point is an unincorporated community in St. Mary's County, Maryland of United States. It is known for the Paul Hall Center for Maritime Training and Education, a popular seafood restaurant, beautiful houses along the beach, a lighthouse, and a "Museum." Major attractions include Piney Point Light House Museum, Island Inn and Suites and Camp Merryelande Vacation Cottages. Among the biggest companies in Piney Point are Passion Parties by Kerry and Schofield Well Drilling. The biggest schools here are Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship and Piney Point Elementary School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Piney Point is Island Inn and Suites.
