i recently sent a friend to your shop and she was running behind. she called the shop and asked what time u closed and was told at 5pm. she told that person she was on that street turning into the road to ur shop and than was told sorry were closed would it have killed u to hold that door for a minute till she found the shop to purchase her item. especially after she drove over 40 miles to ur shop to get there and u turn ur lights out. im so sorry that i sent someone to the shop to be turn down for a 10 second purchase and maybe a regular customer i cant believe how quick u r to shut the doors.... more

disappointment
I have been a customer here for years. We decided to dine in for a change. First we arrived and seated ourselves. No problem. We waited to be acknowledged. We ended up getting our own menus. There were five tables including us with two wait staff on duty. Finally we were noticed and our drink orders were taken. My iced tea was delivered with no condiments...I retrieved them myself. My iced tea tasted stale so I asked for a soda instead. My waitress brought it but never removed the other glass. In fact, we had to ask her to remove the unwanted drink. She never cleared anything Then I watched my appetizer sit on the counter for at least 5 min. as another persons bill was discussed. Our pizza sat for almost 10 min as our waitress concentrated on drinks for another table. One of the kitchen staff delivered it finally. We got our own plates.The service was horrible. Dirty tables everywhere. The food is wonderful, but with the newly priced menu, and poor service, they have lost my business.... more

Workmanship
The guys did a good job on removal of old roofing material as well as applying the new. I had a new roof, gutters, and soffit put on. However, i've been contacting them since May of this year to come back out and fix some minor things about the work they did, nothing major, however I still have yet to see them back to followup on these issues. My next step will be to contact the better business burreau.... more
