Absolutely! Almost any gown can be altered by inserting a corset. Tod do this, the seamstress will remove the zipper and insert a row of loops down each side of the dress opening. She will make a ribbon out of the same material as your gown for lacing the corset, and she will also make a modesty panel (if you do not wish for your skin to show through the corset lacing.
This type of alteration is not very complicated and can cost between $80 - $150.00.

I too walked around for 20 minutes before I approached the gray haired salesman. He didn't want to walk upstairs to look at bedroom sets but I told him I wanted to show him a bedroom set. He was not friendly at all. I purchased my last bedroom set there 15 years ago and I live in AP and wanted to keep the business in the city. I can't imagine that he is allowed to treat customers like this and actually keep his job. I was in the market to purchase a bedroom set but walked out today empty handed all because of him. I love their furniture but not the customer service.... more
