I have been trying to reach an employee at this company for some time, Either Ray or Chris always answer, they either leave you on hold, or hang up on you, they don`t ask who I am or what it is regarding. They both need to be fired and a receptionist needs to replace these clowns that can answer a simple call and maybe even transfer. Chris and Ray can`t do that.... more

Car Fix
lazy and dishonest
I am only giving them one star because I cannot give them any less. I took my car in today for a simple repair that I was told would take 2 hours. 8 HOURS LATER, after calling them (shouldnt they have called me?) I found out that they were unable to finish the repairs, due to the fact that they could not "find" the turn signal flasher. Brought the car home, spent 2 minutes on google, and we were able to locate and replace it in less than an hour. They claim they looked behind the fuse panel (where the part IS located) and it wasnt there. The bolts on the fuse panel were still factory tight and had never been cracked. Do not EVER take a vehicle to this shop. They are lazy and dishonest, and should be avoided.... more

I have purchased three cars from them. They are really good people. The location is not the best due to it being in Flint, but at least it is in the better part of Flint. Their prices are so much lower then where I live. Do not go anywhere else to buy a car!... more
