Sophie, sometimes it might be hard to deal with customers who are so demanding; as you sound. Thats like going to Buffalo Wilds Wings and ordering an order of 8 boneless wings and expecting to get a sample of all the sauces. Demanding more out of someone requires time and money. I think they have outstanding customer service. I've purchased cupcakes twice now and they are the most amazing cupcakes I've ever had. There were no issues getting my order even when I placed it on the same day. My friends enjoyed the cupcakes and raved about them for weeks. They were very enthusiastic here and even remembered me when I came back several months later to place my second order. They made me feel welcome and glad I did business with them. I will definitely continue to purchase all my cupcakes here and even try the cake when an occasion presents itself.... more

Fools and your money will never be collected
If you want to recover your money go any were elese. They are not willing to work with people that owe the money even when if they try to. I owed 1100.00 dollers and offered to make paymewnts of $250 a month and they stated no they want it all now. If you were their customer would you not rather recieve your money in 5 month rather than never becouse of there attiude.... more

Do not deal with them.
Terrible communication. Over a month of ordering my refrigerator and I still do not have my brand new frig. They came out 3 times to repair the new frigidaire. 3 repairs and it is considered a lemon so I asked for another one which they said they would do. 3 weeks later and I am still getting the run around and do not have a new frig. I will never deal with them again and will not recommend them to anybody.... more
