Gould City is a civil township of Mackinac County in the U.S. state of Michigan. Major attractions include Manistique School & Public Library and Holiday Inn Express. It was founded in 1886 by Sam Stiles, a grocer and lumberman, who named it for another lumberman. Among the biggest companies in Gould City are Bowman Gas Co., and Red Barn Land Company Inc.
