Oh let me count the ways... strength training and any weight bearing exercise (including walking, jogging, jumping rope) help to maintain bone density. Studies have shown weight bearing exercise can even increase bone mass in women over 50. Strength training is also important in maintaining independence as we age. Functional training allows you to increase strength in a manner that improves your ability to function in your day to day activities. Another area for focus as we age is balance, which is regularly ignored. The earlier you work on balance, the better.

never going here again!!!
This bp always has gas for 20 cents more than its competition so i wonder why i go here.... got bad service one day from a young lady (nichole) and a couple guys in there. I called for the managers name to complain and her name and the other coworkers names...she hung up on me!!!!!!!!! i later found out that those were not workers behind the glass but her friends!!!! 1 week to the day later i call and ask for the manager and a man claiming to be the owner answers and says what do you want? i say id like to file a complaint then i start explaining what happenend and 2 minutes in he says "do you want this to go somewhere'? so i then said your employees are being rude and also having friends loiter while they work...i swear on my fathers grave the "owner" must really have issues with criticism because he had said im done here and hung up on me... i am right now taking steps to report them to the bbb ...i cant imagine what you would deal with if your car was being worked on here :(... more
