Tari's Cornerstone Studio for Dance
Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place!!
This place is an unhealthy environment for children. It should not be allowed to call itself a 'business'. My daughter went here for 2 years, and it was the worst experience of our life! Tari has a special group of mothers whom she favors their children. If your child is in her inner circle, then they get treated well. If not, then they are constantly yelled at. The place is disgusting! It's dirty, kids are laying around on the dirty floor eating food. Dust bunnies the size of a fist are in the dance rooms. Kids are always sick, and the place is tiny. She has trophies from competitions from 15 yrs ago that look like they haven't been dusted since they were first brought in. Anything that is glass (including the dance room mirrors) is covered with fingerprints. Tari is very immature, and acts as if she is this great dance teacher. In reality, she sits in a chair barking out orders to the kids, texting on her phone, or chatting on her laptop. Take my advice and stay far away!!... more

bad company, no respect
They don't believe in keeping the hard workers, instead they keep the ones that come in trash drunk, and also smoke weed and do xanax on the job. Which i know is not safe when your climbing on roofs or construction. They even have a very Racist young new worker, but it's the owners neighbor so it's OK. Also a older lady that talks about suing them, but was giving a raise to hush up. I just want everyone to know how this place runs, and how I have no respect for how they treat there hard workers..I basically was let go because I work to hard and wasn't a team player. Sorry IF BEING A TEAM PLAYER INVOLVES ME GOING TO WORK TRASH DRUNK OR SMOKING WEED AND THEN TALKING TRASH ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE... more

Dont Go To Tari's
Awful. I took my daughter there for the 09'-10' year and was extremely dissapointed. If it would not have broken my daughters heart I would have taken her out after the second week. The facility reminded me of the Hungry Howies three doors down. Minimal seating for parents and huge trophies all over the floor. Good job but you can put the ones from the 90's away. The classes were only taught by an adult about 50% of the time. Very little instruction on any type of form or technique and the classes usually started late and ended early. After nine months,"recital" time came. The rehersal was awsome, everyone was locked out of the building for 20 minutes when the "strict" instructions dictated you must be on time. I got charged five dollards for a wristband like I was at a trashy bar and the sound system was terrible. On recital day Tari a made a rude comment to my wife and I swore not to come back. Now my daughter goes to a real dance school. Tari's only cares about compitetions.... more

very unprofessional dance studio
I took my 4 year old daughter to Tari's last year to get her introduced to dancing. I wasn't expecting this place to be exceptionally fancy, but it was so run down and badly organized that I debated just taking her out of the "school" the whole time. The teachers are unqualified teenagers that probably just get a discount on their own classes to teach the younger kids. I don't feel like anything was taught here, they just went through the motions to get to the end of class.... Do not send you child here, you will regret it!!... more

I danced at Tari's from 1999-2008 and was extremely disappointed in the environment of the studio... I won nationals with my group more than once and was one of the top dancers at the studio but everyone there was unprofessional and I stopped enjoying the sport. Now, I am back in a dance studio with a great teacher who has taught me a lot more technique and skills than i previously had. My new instructor actually dances with us and gives us constructive criticism instead of sitting and texting all of class. However, Tari's studio is the best of the best around, but if you're looking for an enjoyable environment, search elsewhere.... more
