A father must first petition for custody. different states have different laws. Generally, Courts are not supposed to favor mothers over fathers. However, decades of preference for mothers are hard to overcome.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO FOLLOW-THROUGH
My company purchased a c-arm from this company. It was refurbished- but they failed to mention it was from Japan. We are having trouble with applications and resolution- the manual we have gives very little information regarding the resolution- and we have no contact to walk us through. Additionally there is NO manual for applications and programs. I have asked multiple times for one- I am totally stonewalled - even by the the President of the company. I KNOW there must be a manual- b/c SOMEONE has to keep training when there is turnover. Didn't have this problem with our last Carm. It's very disappointing as I totally bought into their customer service approach.... more

I was a straight A student who never got in trouble, but i got suspended and then kicked out of LCS for something that happened to me when i was 8 and i wasnt even at the school at that time. My school didn't believe me when i told a friend something about what happened to me. So the school suspended me and then pushed me out. I even heard my principal say that i was worthless. I will be the first to tell you the kids at lcs are the nicest kids you will ever meet, but the principal and the board are a whole nother story.... more
