A father must first petition for custody. different states have different laws. Generally, Courts are not supposed to favor mothers over fathers. However, decades of preference for mothers are hard to overcome.

Park's Furniture
Horriable Customer Service
I bought bunk beds at Parks furniture a month ago everything went fine. So I decided to put some new furniture on layway I put down $500. The next week My fiance and I went in to pay $200 more on it. They asked for my name but to my suprise could'nt find a record of my payment . To his suprise I keep my reciept. He seemed pretty disapointed. Today I went in to pay the remaining balence of $522, they happily took my money. I had a friend and my two children with me 10 and 4 yrs old. As I was paying my bill they were looking around. if you've ever been in there. They have a room full of mattresses. My kids were walking around feeling the beds not jumping on them not running. My kids have home training they are very respecful, they know how to act in stores and public. I guess the old white guy in there is the owner.
