Be Warned
Agree with Anonymous. Dale replaced a primary chin on my bike in 2010 after an extended trip into the UP. This year after a trip into Pennsylvania, I had to have the primary chain replaced again (2011) almost a year to the day. I was told that this failure was a result of my not preforming regular maintenance. $1400.00 dollars later, and a stop at a respectable shop to repair what I paid Wheel work to do.... more

Consumer Beware
Shop might be ok for oil and tire changes. However, anything beyond that beware. Dale will find an excuse not to cover warranty repairs, prime examples are: You did not perform regular maintenance or you rode the bike to hard.... more

Going downhill each year, in more ways than one!
There is a neighborhood watch, though instead of monitoring the very big delinquency problem they are too busy being nosy...gossiping about private business with the ladies that work in there who shouldn't be telling...UGH. New this year is a $10 charge for a late water notice and $50 late fees. I could keep going but you get the picture hopefully !!!!!!!... more

Not Recommended!
No speed bumps, lots of speeders and little kids roaming unsupervised. Children can't ride bikes or play safely anyplace. Lot rent is very high, considering, and water is a RIPOFF-at least three times what you pay in a home with all the added fees they throw in. Standing water and mosquitoes in warmer weather ALL the time; they are too cheap to fill in low areas and, the storm drains we pay $10.50 per month for are constantly backing up, which floods streets so badly you damage your engine from sucking up water. It's even been on the news!... more

Awful...
This place is a big joke...a ton of empty lots, they never cut the grass (very tall and full of weeds) and so on. The street lights are also always out (no wonder we have lots of vandalism), roads in the community are a mess, annoying loud noises/neighbors/traffic/renters all hours of the night and days of the week. A big one is that there is no one in office enforcing rules, homes are not kept up, the kids play ground (if you can call it that-embarrassing)is not maintained, and bigger kids break everything.... more
