In general the balance of the services selected would be due at the time of arrangements. We do understand that sometimes this is not possible and we are willing to work with a family. One way to help with that is to speak with a funeral director or counselor before a death has occurred. When someone has to opportunity to meet with one of our directors ahead of time it gives us an opportunity to explain all of the options that someone may have, many of which are not commonly known to the public unless they are informed by their local family funeral home. Anyone with questions is urged to give us a call any time, day or night.
