About Three Oaks

The village of Three Oaks, named for three trees growing near the post office, is located in Berrien County, Michigan, in the Niles-Benton Harbor metro area. Major attractions include the Acorn Theater and Vickers Theatre. Each year in July, the Great American Music Festival is held here as well as Music In the Park, a free concert series held every Saturday during summer. The Apple Cider Century, a one-day bike tour of the orchards, forests and wine country in and around Three Oaks is held in September. One of the best places to visit when you are in Three Oaks is nearby Potato Creek State Park, which has a nature center and where you can go boating, camping, fishing, hiking and biking on trails and swimming.
