Will not honor warranty
I can in no good conscience recommend Macro Business Capital to anyone seeking funding based on my personal experiences. I entered a contract with MBC to secure funding of $125k in 9 months. After 9 months only about 60% of the funding had been secured. We agreed to an extension in order to try and secure financing. When that didn't work I asked for a refund and was denied as they said I violated their Money Back Guarantee. I when I asked for proof that I had violated their conditions for a refund I was not provided with that information. Do not enter into any contracts with this company as they will not honor their end of the deal.... more

I wish that I could give them NO stars. I cleaned out my jewelry box of things that I don't have time to list on Ebay or Craigslist right now. I walk into the shop. The decor is pleasant- i will say that. The 3 people working there looked startled and defensive at the site of me though. It caught me off guard and immediately made me feel as if I were intruding and uncomfortable. IMMEDIATE WEIRD VIBE. I presented a very heavy necklace solid necklace and inquired about how much it was worth. The man took it, weighed it, and turned his back to me as he withdrew money from his register. HE DIDN'T TELL ME THE WEIGHT. DIDN'T CONFIRM THAT I WANTED TO HAVE A TRANSACTION. NOTHING. JUST SAID "OK, HERE IS $10" AND TRIED TO HAND IT TO ME. NO RECEIPT. I WAS ASTONISHED. WELL AWARE THAT PAWNS WILL GIVE BARELY HALF OF VALUE BUT I WAS NOT DESPERATE AND IT WAS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. I REFUSED AND DEMANDED JEWELRY BACK. PATHETIC. GO TO MEGAPAWN!!!... more

I am a customer for over 2 years now, and I wanted to find some where I could say some thing about this company. I brook my machine, and I thought I was going to have to spend an arm and a leg getting it fixed. They had a no problem attitude, and had my machine back, that afternoon. They had some one come out to my house to pick it up, and drop it back off. Here is the big deal-NO CHARGE. I was so impressed by that. I hope this helps any one that want to do business with Greater Air. I am willing to have people call me to ask me how I like this machine and service. This company will not put down the inches of asphalt they say they will. They will ask for cash or a check (not made out to the company) made out in their name. They do not pay taxes because they do not claim the money they make. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK - You will not be able to make a claim against them if something goes wrong.... more
